• Develop forecasts and projections for the companys performance over the next five years.
• Assess and report on the effectiveness of the companys CSR initiatives and their impact on business performance.
• Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and strategic growth areas.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, including recommendations for investment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for comprehensive analysis.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide insights on risk management and potential challenges related to growth and CSR.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in financial analysis, corporate strategy, or a related role.
