About the Role:
We are looking for a Corporate Storytelling & Presentation Specialist to craft compelling narratives and high-impact presentations that showcase our cutting-edge work in IoT, AI, and Machine Learning. You will play a key role in translating complex technological concepts and research findings into clear, engaging, and visually appealing presentations tailored for investors, partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Narrative Development & Content Strategy

Develop engaging corporate narratives to effectively communicate our IoT, AI, and ML innovations, product strategies, and R&D insights. Work closely with R&D, product, marketing, and business development teams to ensure alignment between technical content and business goals. Transform complex data, research findings, and technology roadmaps into compelling stories for presentations, reports, and proposals.
2. Presentation & Visual Storytelling

Create high-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, acquisition proposals, and internal strategic reports. Design engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Suite, Figma, or other visualization tools. Utilize infographics, data visualization, and multimedia elements to enhance storytelling and simplify technical details.
3. Business & Technical Communication

Craft presentations for executive leadership, investor meetings, stakeholder briefings, and product launches. Adapt messaging for different audiences--technical teams, investors, clients, and corporate partners. Support leadership in preparing for keynote speeches, webinars, industry conferences, and funding rounds.
4. Market Research & Industry Insights

Stay up to date with IoT, AI, ML, and emerging technology trends to shape relevant and impactful narratives. Analyze competitor presentations and investor materials to maintain a competitive edge. Use data insights and feedback to refine storytelling approaches.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with R&D, marketing, business development, and sales teams to align storytelling with business objectives. Gather insights from engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure technical accuracy in messaging. Work with the design and branding team to ensure consistency in corporate communications.

Skills:

Storytelling & Content Strategy - Ability to craft engaging narratives from complex technical and business information.
Presentation & Design Expertise - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
Technical & Business Communication - Experience simplifying IoT, AI, and ML concepts for diverse audiences.
Data Visualization & Infographics - Strong ability to present technical data and insights visually.
Collaboration & Adaptability - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, executives, and sales teams.
Project Management - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field (technical background in AI/ML/IoT is a plus). 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, presentation design, business development, or technical storytelling. Experience preparing investor pitch decks, funding proposals, or conference presentations in deep-tech or R&D-driven industries.

Duties:

Collaborate with project managers, engineering & development team, and subject matter experts to design and structure the proposed project presentation/report. Ensure that the presentation aligns with client requirements, branding standards, and the proposal narrative. Compile high-quality graphics/animations to be included in presentations to Government Agencies, Board of Directors, and any other client/employer. Provide graphic design guidelines for the business development team. Develop presentation materials and customize visuals to represent the firm's technical expertise, solutions, and methodology. Monitor industry trends and implement innovative technologies/visual aids as necessary. Execute additional duties and responsibilities as needed. Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor/line manager.

Experience and Knowledge:

Thorough knowledge of up-to-date industry-leading software and technologies, including Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office, with exceptional knowledge of Powerpoint. Ability to generate high-quality products in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent organizational skills and keen ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet strict deadlines. Ability to work as part of a team with other department members concurrently. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
