DAC Consulting is seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Corporate Services Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting the administrative, regulatory, and operational needs of a business, particularly in areas like company registration, legal compliance, human resources support, and facility management. You will serve as a point of contact for corporate clients, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments and administrative requirements. You will also play an integral role in ensuring the smooth flow of communication and information between clients, relevant authorities and SDAC internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries, providing guidance on immigration policies and requirements.
• Execute UAE Resident Visa procedures, including applications for new visas, renewals, cancellations, and amendments across all UAE Free Zones and Emirates.
• Type applications for Ministry of Labour (MOL) offer letters and contracts.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to prepare quotations, manage client approvals, and oversee the issuance of insurance policies.
• Stay informed of any updates or amendments to UAE Law and immigration processes, and maintain professional relations with authorities, immigration departments, and third-party agencies.
• Assist with company trade license and establishment card renewals, and perform relevant tasks on the MOHRE system.
• Coordinate with authorities to request documentation required for various company administrative activities.
• Facilitate effective information flow between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project updates.
• Perform daily administrative duties, including maintaining client files, updating records, and preparing reports.
• Proactively communicate with clients to clarify requests, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver services efficiently and assist where needed.
• Adapt to changing client needs and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Solid understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
• Customer service experience with a proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients.
• PC literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong quality orientation and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Flexibility to adapt to new tasks and shifting client needs.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Previous administrative experience is preferred.
