Job Title: Senior Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the travel industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage complex travel arrangements for both corporate and leisure clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Provide expert advice to clients on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel arrangements.

Booking Management:

Handle the booking of flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.

Travel Documentation:

Ensure all travel documents are accurate and up-to-date, including visas, passports, and travel insurance.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.

Sales and Marketing:

Promote travel packages and services to clients, aiming to meet sales targets.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel service providers.

Financial Management:

Manage travel budgets and ensure cost-effective travel solutions.

Training and Mentorship:

Provide guidance and training to junior travel consultants.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on corporate travel.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in travel booking software (e.g., GDS systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations and provide solutions quickly. Knowledge of international travel regulations and requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

Certifications:

IATA certification or equivalent.

Languages:

Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Personal Travel Experience:

Extensive personal travel experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
