This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain clients.Key Responsibilities:
Sales
Develop and suggest strategies and procedures for Sales and business development to better serve Cozmo Travel vision & mission. Partner with line managers to drive business related activities results, bringing on board highest level of creativity and service.
Develops new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the Company to an agreed monthly/annual target, which increases year on year. Actively seek or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring prospects and opportunities.
Set budget and achieve set target; increasing revenue for the business. Screens potential business clients and proposals by analysing its market positioning, deal requirements, potentials, and financials; evaluating feasible options; resolving internal Company priorities.
Evaluate tenders and submissions related to new projects and implementations, and provide recommendations to the Heads of Sales that serves credibility and trust, cost effectiveness, and long-term business relationships with external parties and providers. Close new business deals by managing requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; combining contract requirements with business operations.
Minimize contractual risks, execute contractual manual, manage providers and suppliers\' relationships and ensure staff adherence and compliance with adopted contractual terms and conditions.
Promote company products and services, conducts market researches, collaborate with Marketing, Operation and branches on market demands and needs in each particular vicinity and thereby coordinate with Marketing Team to establish new campaigns and promotions appealing to the market.
Managing client profile, monitor existing business and interacting with clients at regular intervals. Keep track of the competition activities while complying with the company policy on competition and effectively use data analysis to develop effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with key corporate decision-makers and stakeholders Demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Ability to identify client needs, tailor solutions to meet those needs, and close high-value deals
Developing and executing strategic sales plans, including market analysis, competitor research, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Operational excellence
Assure efficient and effective sales operations, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
Implement and enforce sales policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational excellence

Fluency in English & Arabic Language (Written & Verbal)
Education:
Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree in travel/management/hospitality or related field
Certifications in sales management or IATA or related areaCerCTop of Forms would be an advantage
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience within the travel industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Previous experience using travel systems (like Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre or similar) would be an advantage
