Corporate Sales Manager - Hospitality/Leisure1. Identifying commercial sponsorship opportunities across and associating fitting brands to complement the venues. 2. To conduct site inspection for two venues. 3. Manage existing corporate partnerships and sponsorships. 4. Sourcing new corporate and private memberships across two venues. 5. Securing group bookings, societies and corporate days. 6. Increasing F & B revenue through event across all venues. 7. To ensure that the agreed budgeted targets are achieved or bettered. 8. To ensure a prompt, courteous response and follow up to all inquiries. 9. To ensure that the accounting department receive accurate information to be able to correctly invoice customers. 10. To ensure cooperation between both clubs to enhance quality and service standards as well as saving and sharing cost by centrally coordinating all event related resources. 11. To develop new business in events for both clubs by practicing active sales and customer relationship management. 12. To respond to customer queries or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring that mutually agreeable solutions are reached at the earliest convenient time. 13. To carry out any other duties as when required by the CEO, DSS and Managers, which falls under the scope and purpose of this position.
