Role Overview:
Loco Bear Entertainment Hub is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive our growth in the school and education sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling camp products and services to families, a strong understanding of the UAE school market, and an extensive database of school contacts. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Loco Bear's offerings to educational institutions and families, while ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and target schools and educational institutions in the UAE, introducing Loco Bear's programs and camp offerings.
• Leverage your existing database and network of school contacts to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Promote and sell Loco Bear's camp products and entertainment services to families, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for each client.
• Conduct presentations and on-site visits to schools, showcasing our programs and explaining the benefits for students, staff, and families.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop customized promotions, campaigns, and packages that resonate with schools and families.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective relationship-building, prospecting, and closing sales.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
• Attend school events, fairs, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and connect with new clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and build long-lasting relationships with schools, parents, and educational organizations.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in sales within the school/education sector, with a focus on camp products and family-oriented services.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE school landscape and an established database of school contacts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational leaders, families, and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel to meet clients and attend events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A passion for delivering outstanding service and contributing to the success of Loco Bear Entertainment Hub.
