Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Leasing & Sales Executive to join our team. This role is essential in building, managing, and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, promoting our leasing/rental services, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B sales, experience in the car rental or leasing industry, and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique rental and leasing needs.
• Drive Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets by generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals with corporate customers.
• Leasing Solutions: Present flexible leasing/rental options and promote tailored solutions for corporate clients, handling inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client base.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with fleet management, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales and activity reports, as well as forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the Car Rental Industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Other: Valid driver's license.
