Hotel Corporate Sales Executive
Role Overview:
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for securing and maintaining business from corporate clients, driving hotel revenue through room bookings, events, and services. The role focuses on developing client relationships, generating leads, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
Identify and convert corporate clients, promote hotel services, and close sales opportunities.
• Client Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct site inspections, and tailor packages to meet client needs.
• Sales Strategy:
Develop sales plans, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets.
• Event Coordination:
Collaborate with teams to ensure successful corporate events and follow up with clients post-event.
• Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and hotel management software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
