We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive ( IT Hardware ) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of IT hardware products (servers, storage, networking, workstations, etc.) to corporate clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT hardware solutions, strong sales expertise, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Drive new business development by identifying and targeting potential corporate clients for IT hardware solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and grow the company's market share in the corporate IT hardware space.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Officers, etc.) in client organizations.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT hardware solutions to solve their business challenges.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Product Knowledge & Market Insights:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest IT hardware trends, products, and technologies.
• Actively monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and new launches.
• Sales Administration:
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports for management.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and effective coordination with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to meet client expectations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in IT hardware sales or related technology fields are a plus.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in IT hardware sales, preferably with a focus on corporate clients (SMB to enterprise level).
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in selling IT hardware solutions (servers, storage devices, networking products, etc.) to corporate clients.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware products, solutions, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Requirements:
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
