Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive corporate sales and partnerships within the region. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base among corporate entities, fostering relationships, and promoting our driving school's services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients for our driving school's services.
• Develop a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, and use insights to develop sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to corporate decision-makers.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and contracts, ensuring mutual benefit for the driving school and corporate clients.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting corporate clients.
• Represent the driving school at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and generate leads.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Executive for minimum 4 years in UAE
• Strong understanding of corporate sales strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A UAE driving license required and knowledge of the local market are preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
