  • Coordinate the Sales & Marketing Team and provide administrative support.
  • Share Market Intelligence with the team daily and oversee IHG fundamentals for the S&M department.
  • Monitor existing business and contribute to sales strategy meetings to maximize business.
  • Support in managing accounts and ensure the continuous generation of new sales prospects.
  • Service existing business through account management in collaboration with the respective Account Owner.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating familiarization trips and site inspections.
  • Ensure client files are organized and up-to-date with all required information.
  • Attend designated meetings.
What we need from you:
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Organized and demonstrate good teamwork.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft applications, Opera, Delphi).
  • Proactive approach.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the service industry and Sales & Marketing environment
