Years of experience = 15

Age group = 45 - 55 (starting 43 could be considered)

Gender = Male

Qualifications = Engineering degree (in civil preferable). Referees will be contacted for verification and recommendation.

Job functions previously occupied = Site Engineer, QA/QC engineer, Senior QA/QC engineer, Project QA/QC Manager, Construction in charge, construction manager, project manager, QA/QC Manager

Previous Experience = Great importance shall be given to previous experience with major companies in similar position with proven track record and success. Infrastructure and roads experience is a MUST.

Particular requirements = extensive knowledge in international standards such as ASTM, BS, SESM, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, establishment and implementation of systems and procedures (SOPs), excellent writing skills, Excellent Managerial skills, very shrewd, poised, detail oriented, autonomous, capable of establishing, building up, and developing a full fledged QA/QC Department within the Organization.

Nationality = Anglo-Saxon is preferable however anyone who fits the above requirements shall be considered.

Visa status = If in UAE, should be transferable without burden or delay.

Notice period = Should be a maximum of 1 month up to joining.

Package offered = Will be discussed on candidate by candidate basis (the right package for the right candidate).
