Ideate, plan, initiate and manage cross functional system solution projects to improve data capturing quality and improve overall shipment transit time.
Gathering business requirements from various stakeholders, conduct gap analysis against current system capability, ideate solutions to be reflected on aramex system and other digital tools.
Write a detailed comprehensive and justified Business Requirement Document (BRD) and work with digital transformation team on signing off the requirements and proceed to development part.
Prioritize all projects and CRs logged within digital transformation roadmap based on business needs followed by close follow ups with the concerned teams to ensure meeting deadlines.
Design test scenarios and perform UAT to ensure business requirements are met before deploying to Production Environment.
Activating new business lanes, onboard new network partners, conduct system training, set up a well-established integration and design an SOP to control and manage the overall shipment life cycle.
Design process flow to manage and control the internal and external flow of processes, information, data, and systems using Business Process Model techniques.
Analyze end to end shipment journey and identify ways to optimize cost per shipment while maintaining and improving service levels.
Apply statistical analysis, root cause analysis and quality control methods to obtain accurate insights about shipment cycle pain points and provide corrective action plans accordingly.
Conduct periodic service performance audit reports against the agreed KPIs, translate them into a business intelligence data visualization.
Working closely with accounting and pricing team to identify pain points within the monthly billing invoices and recognize revenue leakages by conducting cost simulations and profitability studies.
Support aramex network within their day-to-day operational inquiries and provide them with guidance and proper training.
Manage the relationship with aramex partners and service providers across the network and always explore opportunities to maintain a healthy partnership.
Ability to learn, explore, understand, and troubleshoot complex systems integration setups.
Good communication skills in Working across multiple projects, communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users effectively.
Maintain and enhance agent\'s integrations.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor\'s degree in industrial engineering with 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, or Operations field. Preferably in shipping industry
