We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced in-house lawyer to join our partner, a chain of

Quick Service Restaurants

with 25+ branches in UAE and manage all legal affairs related to the company's operation.

Responsibilities:

Leads and manages the legal affairs of the company and provides insights and recommendations. Drives all aspects of the legal analysis for the business. Provides end-to-end technical support through Legal documentation, legal advice, and legal representation. Provides standard and ad hoc legal reports as required by the company's leadership team. Proactively identify risks, design and prescribe ways to mitigate them. Provides legal advice and leads a rapid and effective response to legal issues, as necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or within the QSR, hospitality, FMCG or retail sectors in the UAE. In-depth understanding of UAE labor law, corporate law, and regulations governing the foodservice industry. Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written - Mandatory). Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. Law degree from a recognized institution.
