History and Achievements:

INOI was founded in 2016 by Estonian businessman Vassili Sibirtsev and Finnish entrepreneur Victor Dmitrienko. Starting in the CIS markets, the company successfully sold over 10 million devices.

In 2022, the company faced significant global changes, including economic upheavals and geopolitical conflicts, as well as the loss of one of its founders, Victor, who passed away from brain cancer. These events necessitated a complete strategic overhaul and the relaunch of the company as a startup. The brand was re-registered in the USA, and the operational office was moved to Dubai.

Job Summary :

As a Senior Lawyer, you will be pivotal in managing our legal affairs, safeguarding the company's reputation, and ensuring compliance across all aspects of our operations. Your expertise will be crucial in handling legal issues that are critical to the production, distribution, and marketing of our products. You will work closely with senior management to strategize and implement effective legal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management on business matters, including contract negotiations, partnership deals, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the legal aspects of our business transactions and prepare the necessary legal documents accordingly.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with international and domestic laws and regulations applicable to consumer electronics.
• Lead litigation and legal disputes involving the company, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.
• Support corporate governance and business ethics initiatives.
• Oversee the work of outside counsel and manage the legal budget effectively.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its operations globally.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Master (Law) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 6 years of legal experience in consumer electronics or a related field (distribution, etc.).
• Proven track record of navigating complex international legal environments.
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of intellectual property rights, consumer law, international trade, and privacy laws.
