Our client, an international law firm is recruiting for a Corporate Insurance Senior Associate for their Corporate Insurance / Corporate team in Dubai. You will work mainly with a highly respected partner that is earmarked as a "Next Generation Partner" by Legal500 and has recently been shortlisted within the championing diversity category of the Middle East Legal Awards 2023.

She advises clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, insurance and reinsurance, logistics, FMBG etc on a range of complex corporate, M&A transactions. She is also focused on corporate advisory and corporate governance matters. She is also in charge for the setup of investment funds and assists VC investors in different stages of investments in high profile start-ups.

Strong corporate / M&A experience gained from private practice or a mixture of private practice and in house, is essential

Regional Middle East experience is highly preferred, as is experience working with clients in the insurance/regulatory and healthcare industry.

Commitment, discipline, accountability and performance/growth oriented approach are a must.

Strong academic credentials, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Friendly and people-focused attitude are well regarded Commercial awareness and confidence in building a rapport with clients to gain a better understanding of their business\' needs and with the assistance of the partner, actively developing these client relationships.
