The ideal candidate will support multiple projects, working closely with the Corporate Image Manager and C-Level management to maintain and enhance the companys corporate image across all levels. This role requires strong administrative skills, project coordination and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met in alignment with the companys vision.Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and corporate image standards.Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and managing meetings, preparing reports, and managing communication with C-Level management.Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of corporate image-related policies and processes.Support budget tracking, invoicing, and procurement processes for related projects.Prepare and manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and updated.Assist the Corporate Image Officer with managing uniform-related tasks during their absence.Requirements:QualificationBachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience3+ Years of experience as an inventory controller of uniform or in an administrative role.Experience in project coordination or administrative roles is a plus. SkillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.A strong sense of professionalism and an eye for detail regarding corporate image and branding.\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82
