We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Gifts Associate to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Corporate Gifts Associate, you will play a pivotal role in arranging and managing corporate gifts for our clients. You will work closely with management to understand their needs and preferences, sourcing and coordinating gifts from various regions around the world. Your goal will be to ensure that every gift is delivered with excellence and meets the high standards expected by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination: Collaborate with management to understand client requirements and preferences for corporate gifts.
• Sourcing and Procurement: Research and identify high-quality, unique gifts from global suppliers, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with international vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of gifts.
• Logistics and Coordination: Oversee the logistics of gift delivery, including packaging, shipping, and tracking to ensure timely arrival and excellent presentation.
• Budget Management: Track and manage budgets for each gift arrangement, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling any issues that arise, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in gift sourcing and coordination.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Being multilingual is an advantage.
• Cultural Awareness: Knowledge of international cultures and etiquette to select appropriate gifts and navigate global logistics.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with gift management software or CRM systems is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
