Corporate Gift Sales Executive focus on developing and nurturing client relationships to drive corporate gift sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, with a flair for understanding client needs, presenting creative gift solutions, and closing deals. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for corporate gifting and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential clients in various industries for corporate gifting opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, preferences, and competitive trends.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to order placement and delivery.
• Develop long-term partnerships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
• Product Knowledge & Presentation:
• Stay updated on new products, gift ideas, customization options, and trends in the corporate gifting industry.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals tailored to client preferences and budgets.
• Sales & Revenue Growth:
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Track and report sales performance, including pipeline, forecasts, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and sales strategies.
• Order Management & Coordination:
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from taking client orders to coordinating with the fulfillment team.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, addressing any issues that arise.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting:
• Gather feedback on products and client satisfaction to help improve offerings.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share insights on industry trends with management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, luxury goods, or a related industry.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
