Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction to ensure maximum value for their company.Our team focuses on playing the role of lead financial advisers in sell-side and buy-side transactions.ResponsibilitiesAs a Corporate Finance Senior Associate, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and aboveWorking on a particular transaction (sale, merger and acquisition (M&A) and financing) or business development efforts (pitches)Supporting the team in the preparation and presentation of marketing pitches to existing and potential clientsConducting thorough research on companies and industriesObtaining needed information from available client data and conducting appropriate financial analysisAssisting in the preparation of internal and external marketing materials (teaser, confidential information memorandum (CIM), management presentation, etc.)Preparing financial models to support analysis in proposals and transaction documentationIdentifying key strategic & financial buyers/investorsManaging the transactions status reports and moreEstablish effective working relationships directly with clientsKeep up to date with local and national business and economic issuesBe actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsDevelop internal relationships and your PwC brandRequirementsHands on work experience in a financial modeling development or professional Corporate Finance environmentExposure in end-to-end Merger & Acquisition deal executionComprehensive financial and accounting skills and solid understanding of cash flow, financial modelling (would be an asset) and valuation methodologies (would be an asset)Eager to participate in business development opportunities and initiativesPassionate about delivery of work and has a strong desire to succeed by learning from colleagues and creating collaborative relationships at all levelsMotivated to build excellent working relationships and meet deadlines successfully in a fast paced & dynamic environmentAbility to identify risk issuesConfident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiencesKeen to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clientsStrong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business driversAbility to take initiative to manage numerous projects simultaneously under time constraintsArabic speaking considered a plusYour flexibility to travel 40%-60% of the time.
