Our client, a diversified global asset manager in the UAE, is seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the firm\'s financial activities and the company\'s business plan to ensure long-term financial health. This role involves close collaboration with senior management to assess and execute financial planning and budgeting for the firm.- Take ownership of internal business plan and update on an ongoing basis based on any revisions in the assumptions or as a result of any investments made by the firm
- Work closely with senior management and team to develop accurate assumptions that will feed into the internal business plan
- Develop various scenarios for internal business plan and run scenario analysis on various variables
- Collaborate with senior management to prepare budgets and monitor financial performance against strategic goals
- Prepare and review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts together with the finance team
- Preparing quarterly business updates to key stakeholders and investors
- Provide recommendations to enhance and optimize financial performance
- Manage relationships with banks / other financial institutions or legal stakeholders
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standardsRequirements:- Bachelor in Finance, Economics or Accounting, or in a relevant discipline from a top-tier university; Masters is desirable
- Professional Qualification (ACA/ACCA or CFA Level III) (preferred)
- Candidates must possess strong financial acumen with fluency in valuation and modeling
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities
