Black & Grey HR is an Events Management & Production company based in the Middle East. Our client is seeking an outstanding Corporate Events Coordinator to oversee and manage a diverse range of events, including conferences, product launches, seminars, press conferences, shareholder briefings, annual general meetings, and customer social events.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee various corporate events such as conferences, product launches, seminars, press conferences, shareholder briefings, and customer social events. - Lead corporate event projects from inception through to execution, ensuring all aspects are seamlessly coordinated and completed. - Develop and implement comprehensive event management strategies to achieve client objectives and organizational goals. - Supervise all operational aspects of corporate events, including logistics, venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination. - Provide dedicated client servicing and support throughout the event planning and execution process. - Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. - Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as required. - Foster collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to align event objectives and deliver exceptional experiences. - Provide effective leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and timelines. - Develop and manage event timelines, overseeing all activities to ensure deadlines are met and objectives achieved. - Monitor budget allocations closely to maintain financial discipline while upholding high standards of event quality. - Track project progress, document milestones, and provide regular updates to management stakeholders. - Ensure all events are executed with meticulous attention to detail and professionalism, meeting or exceeding client and organizational expectations. - Proactively troubleshoot and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during event planning and execution phases. - Collect and analyze project metrics, generating comprehensive reports for management review and decision-making.Requirements- Bachelor of Arts in Communications from College of Liberal Arts, with a major in public relations and media production. - Proficiency in Events Management, CRM Systems, Project Planning Software, Leadership and Management, Excellent Customer Service, and Basic 3D Sketch Up. - Advanced Computer Skills, particularly in MS Office. - Project management certification. (Preferred) - Knowledge of local and international event regulations and laws. - Experience working with international clients and vendors. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency with MS Office and event management software.Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits
