Job Responsibilities

The ERP Delivery Management team is accountable for the successful delivery of any given ERP related project by mainly performing the following key responsibilities:

• Identifying all stakeholders of any given deliverable/project
• Steering the focus of the project team (including the Functional Team, Tech Product Team, Technical Team - including developers and infrastructure teams, as well as Vendors) according to priority set by the business in alignment with Global PMO Team
• Preparing and/or steering the responsible team to prepare all needed documents (Project Initiation, BRD, Project Charter, Functional Scoping Documents, etc.)
• Responsible for creating project plan, activity trackers, arranging daily/weekly/monthly meetings, as well as arranging steering committee meetings
• Continuously following up with the project team to ensure all activities are on track and running according to plan
• Acting as the point of contact for resolving, escalating, and following up of any issues that can impose potential delays on the overall deliverable timeline
• Keeping an eye on the budget, and the cost of any running projects with external vendors
• Constantly communicating with all stakeholders, to ensure that all are in-line throughout the whole life cycle of any given project - taking dependencies of activities into consideration
• Highlighting and identifying risks associated with any given project in a timely manner - as well as presenting risk mitigation plans and procedures
• Ensures team has iterative delivery plans to work towards, and that everyone is clear on how they contribute towards achieving those goals
• Supports the team to maintain their delivery pace and remove escalated obstacles, impediments and blockers that might get in the way of their delivery
• Supports cross-functions working, making sure that team members effectively collaborate, communicate and focus on what is most important for delivery of value
• Work closely with the Product team to ensure the solutions they deliver meet the expected outcome
• Supports the Product team in their product / requirement prioritization process, and works with the Engineering team to understand the planned technical approach and potential delivery implications
• Gathers, synthesizes and provides delivery information, progress updates, resources, risks and issues and interdependencies between initiatives
• Vendor Management: The team is also responsible for managing the \'resources planning activities\' with vendors, and ensuring there is enough bandwidth for those resources to take on additional tasks and activities - prioritizing their tasks in case of conflicts
• Technical Integration: Managing technical integrations related activities between different modules within the ERP spectrum, as well as with external systems

Job Requirement

• Experience in successfully managing and guiding complex ERP projects (preferably on projects for SAP S/4 HANA) in regards to blueprinting, solutioning, capacity planning, budgeting, and rollout
• Strong experience in enterprise IT management, technology consulting, advisory or professional services
• Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and cross-functional project teams, onshore and offshore suppliers
• Ability to identify risks, anticipate challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles with mitigations and contingencies
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills to provide project leadership and direction to all stakeholders and project resources
• 3-5 Years in the same field
• B.A Degree in on the fields below :Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems ,Industrial Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics Sciences or related fields
