Overview & ResponsibilitiesPURPOSE OF THE JOBThis position will help elevate the reputation of Ebara Elliott Energy (EEE) by developing and executing communications strategies that enhance the Ebara Elliott Energy reputation in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.Serve as initial point of contact for regional requests from company's business development, marketing and sales teams; writing and editing copy in the company's primary language (English); coordinating creation and production of promotional collateral; supporting marketing and business development programs and events, including but not limited to trade shows and conferences; act as the Corporate Communications liaison within region, remaining aligned with and supportive of the headquarters Corporate Communications department.SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIESDevelop, write and produce marketing communications and sales collateral, including digital and hard-copy brochures, fliers, technical papers, press releases. Engage with product marketing managers and other subject matter experts to identify business collateral needs. Draft copy for review and approval, and oversee design and publishing to meet business needs. Includes obtaining all required approvals for proprietary appropriateness.Fully support coordination of regional trade shows and conferences in partnership with the corporate headquarters and region needs; includes booth design, posters, sponsorship representation, participation and speaker arrangements; sponsorships, media and advertising opportunities, speaking and customer presentations, and overall event measurement and evaluation for continuous improvement.Manage internal communications to support regionally-based business units and service departments, as well as Sustainability Business Development. Work with Elliott corporate communications team to develop new and update existing collateral material, e.g., posters, brochures; coordinate leader presentations for internal and external use; lead or support coordination of all-employee meetings. Respond to leader and executive ad hoc requests.Regularly solicit, update, and develop content for digital communications, including the company website and social media channels, blogs, trade and community advertising with newsworthy and strategic messages. May include news releases and corporate communications-originated campaigns.Support industry trade publication presence through advertising support and creation, editorial pitches, listing in handbooks and directories, in print and digital copy. Maintain relationships with regional traditional and industry trade media contacts.Aid in the monitoring of competitor marketing communications and industry/trade standards to elevate the EEE reputation in the region and beyond.Develop and track expenses, purchase orders and ensure all expenditures are within the allocated budget.Monitor and analyze performance metrics across both external and internal communications channels and external advertising campaigns.Responsible for identifying additional metric opportunities throughout communication portfolio.Evaluate strategic value and return on investment of corporate trade shows, including developing metrics to demonstrate return on investment, e.g., lead generation, brand visibility, overall impact on business objectives. Develop process to assist business units with execution of non-corporate trade shows. Assist with elements of the process, as specified.BACKGROUND and EXPERIENCEFollowing is a list of the primary skills needed/requirements of this position:Proven English language proficiency in written and spoken word.Proven experience in marketing communications collateral creation.Skilled in creating engaging content for all platforms (web, newsletters, marketing collateral, internal messaging, industry PowerPoint presentations, executive speeches, customer, partner, and vendor communications, etc.).Graphic aptitude to align with corporate resources, including incorporating common and emerging communications technologies.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proven ability to positively navigate, interface and balance the demands of corporate and business entities.Following is a list of the experience of this position:3-5 years with direct experience in marketing communications, experience in a corporate strategy-driven environment preferred.Exposure to energy and/or manufacturing industry.Minimum bachelors degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.Base LocationAbu Dhabi, UAEJob Type:Full time, Permanent, Hybrid (2 Days Office, 3 Days WFH)The world turns to Ebara Elliott Energy.Customers throughout the world choose Ebara Elliott Energy for the design, manufacture and service of their critical rotating equipment.
