The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the company's brand image, manage public relations, oversee internal and external communications, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves media relations, crisis communication, content development, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on real estate market positioning and industry-specific communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Communications & Branding
Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy aligned with business goals in the real estate sector.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels, including digital, print, and corporate presentations, with a focus on real estate marketing.
Manage the company's brand identity, ensuring all communications adhere to brand guidelines and effectively position the company in the real estate market.
Public Relations & Media Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate media outlets, journalists, and key industry stakeholders.
Draft and distribute press releases, corporate announcements, and media statements related to real estate projects, market insights, and company developments.
Monitor media coverage and manage public perception of the company within the real estate industry.
Handle crisis communication and act as a spokesperson when necessary, particularly in real estate market fluctuations and regulatory changes.
Internal Communications
Develop internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational transparency, particularly in real estate operations and project updates.
Manage company newsletters, intranet content, and leadership communication with a focus on real estate developments and achievements.
Support internal events, town halls, and key corporate initiatives related to the real estate sector.
Content Development & Digital Communications
Oversee the creation of corporate content, including speeches, articles, blogs, and social media posts tailored to the real estate industry.
Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligned with corporate messaging, featuring property listings, market reports, and industry insights.
Manage social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence in the real estate market, engaging with investors, clients, and industry professionals.
Stakeholder & Crisis Management
Develop communication plans for key stakeholders, including clients, investors, developers, government entities, and employees.
Prepare crisis management strategies and responses to protect corporate reputation, especially regarding real estate transactions, project delays, or regulatory issues.
Act as the liaison between the company and external agencies, ensuring smooth communication flow within the real estate industry.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail, particularly in real estate-related content.
Experience in media relations, crisis communication, and reputation management within the real estate market.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, especially in dealing with real estate investors, developers, and regulatory bodies.
Proficiency in digital communication platforms, social media, and content management systems relevant to real estate marketing.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the dynamic real estate sector.
