Foster a continuous learning and contribution mindset.
Develop high-quality Press Releases in Arabic and English.
Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Communication to oversee all external and internal communication across GCC countries (corporate website, social media, news, feature articles).
Assist in implementing a strategic and cohesive communications plan to support business objectives in the GCC region.
Experience with social media management and content planning is advantageous.
Curate engaging internal stories from Henkel GCC sites.
Propose new strategies to enhance existing processes and elevate the corporate brand internally and externally.
Generate innovative ideas to support business goals.
Collaborate closely with various functional and brand teams within the business units to enhance communication.
Stay updated with the latest communication and business trends.
Familiarity with Public Relations practices.
Assist the regional corporate communications team with ad-hoc projects
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's degree in mass communication or a related field.
Fluency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written), with translation abilities between the two languages.
Strong networking skills.
Experience in event management.
Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Illustrator and video editing software.
Ability to capture photographs and videos for internal and external content.
Strategic thinking ability.
Creativity and innovative thinking to generate new ideas.
