Role Overview:

As an expanding FinTech, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the expansion of our membership across the UAE, by generating leads, making appointments, and securing membership.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase cardmemberships.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.

Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.

Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with potential corporate clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the UAE.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven business development or sales experience, preferably within the UAE market.

Strong understanding of corporate sales and B2B relationship building.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Professional and presentable demeanor with a results-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ethical, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Familiarity with the loyalty card, payment solutions, or financial services industry is a plus.
