Broad Corporate role - tech clients; work includes M&A (public and private ), joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity, venture capital transactions and general corporate advisory work. The firm and the team has a considerable footprint in the GCC with 7 offices across the MENA region.The role is broad and challenging. You will gain experience in the following areas:

• venture capital and tech private equity transactions
• M&A transactions across a range of sectors
• working across the Middle East and/or with emerging markets would be helpful but not essential
• regional investment
