Job DetailsAssist in generating commercial copy for Men's, Women's, and Kids' categories.Write and manage email copy and web content, ensuring consistency with CRM strategies.Create and manage content for emails and social media, aligning with the brand calendar.Develop consistent and relevant tone of voice content for the brand website, all digital/social platforms, and retail activations.Approve and edit CRM content for both internal and concession communication.Main business partner for all eCommerce functions, leading the execution and workflow of digital content for all platforms.Support with layout, copy, and tone of voice for all UX/UI across digital platformsSupport with the look and feel/tone of voice of all Product Display Pages, Development and Format in Collaboration with UX/UI team and StudioSupport Brand Marketing & Communications team with all key external and internal communications copySupport with copy for PR &Marketing in both brand and private label press releases, communication and physical assets.Align tone of voice with brand partnerships, merchandising in-store and online; ensuring a 360 look and feel of brandSupport in driving the globalization of the brand tone of voiceEnsure to stay updated and recommend content based on global trends, commerciality and innovationMonitor competitive tone and messaging to provide insights for CRM content.Align with the digital marketing team to ensure SEO optimization and effective use of brand style guides.Support the editorial team in executing content strategies across digital platforms and eCommerce functionsCompany DescriptionWe are Chalhoub Group, a leading partner for luxury across the Middle East for over 60 years.
