Description
The Content Creator develops and executes impactful content strategies to enhance HBMSU's marketing and branding efforts. This position focuses on creating, editing, and managing bilingual (Arabic and English) content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. It ensures alignment with HBMSU's branding guidelines, enhances visibility, and drives customer engagement through creative and high-quality communication.
Main roles & responsibilities
1. Content Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative content strategies that align with HBMSU's branding and marketing goals. Ensure that all content reflects the university's mission and strengthens its market presence.."
2. Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and relevant bilingual content for social media, websites, promotional materials, and internal communications. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and high quality across all channels.
3. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to maintain linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to HBMSU's communication standards. Ensure error-free materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
4. Creative Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create visually compelling multimedia content, including videos and infographics. Support campaigns by ensuring the content aligns with marketing objectives and audience preferences.
5. Bilingual Translation: Translate technical, scientific, and marketing materials between Arabic and English. Maintain high standards of accuracy while ensuring the content reflects cultural sensitivities.
6. Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content for HBMSU's social media channels. Monitor engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve audience interaction.
7. Brand Development: Contribute to the development of HBMSU's brand identity by ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content. Enhance the university's visibility and reputation through strategic communication.
8. Website Content Maintenance: Regularly update and manage website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Align web materials with ongoing campaigns and institutional goals.
9. Performance Reporting: Analyze content performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Provide actionable insights to improve content strategies and achieve better engagement outcomes.
10. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, students, and administrative departments to gather insights and create content that supports HBMSU's academic and strategic initiatives. Foster an environment of collaboration and innovation.
11. Information Security and Compliance: Adhere to internal and local information security standards, ensuring all content and activities comply with relevant laws and policies. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times. 12. Additional Responsibilities: Undertake additional projects or duties assigned by the line manager. Ensure timely and effective execution of all assigned tasks to support HBMSU's marketing and communication goals.
