Transguard Group is the UAEs most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator-Transactional Shared Services to join our Group Human Resources in, Al Quoz HR OfficeScope: Coordinator - Transactional Shared Services role is responsible for coordinating between the vendors, employees and business units for the visa medicals for renewals. The position is accountable for building and maintaining trusted relationships with all levels of employees, ensuring the service they provide fully supports the business needs. This role must always maintain confidentiality around sensitive informationFinancial
- Submit reports on attendees and no-shows to the senior administrator for transport recharges
- Provide assistance to the employees in completing the visa medical application process
- Assemble the employees in an orderly manner at the medical center
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
- Collate and report the daily attendance for visa medicals
- Report any incidents during the visa medicals to the Manager
- Create or modify processes for better efficiency
- The minimum educational requirements are a diploma or 12th grade
- Proficient in Excel and English language
- Ability to speak in multiple languages
- A time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks
