Key Responsibilities: Manage the sales team's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system by updating customer information and tracking sales activities Provide administrative support, such as processing orders, invoicing, and following up on payments Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure effective communication and collaboration Assist with the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics Provide customer service support, answering inquiries and addressing customer concerns Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and the organization's sales objectives
