MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:To provide administrative support to the Performance Management function ensuring efficient operations and effective coordination of activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the preparation and organization of performance management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Supports system requirements, inquiries and enhancements related to the performance management platform, collaborating with relevant teams to address issues.
Manages and coordinates responses received via the designated inbox, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Assists in configuring performance review cycles, coordinating tasks to meet established timelines and requirements.
Document and maintain FAQ's and related support documents to ensure consistency and accessibility for users.
Assists and ensures timely follow ups on outstanding tasks or inquiries to support smooth operations.
Documents and records minutes of meetings to ensure effective follow-through on actions.
Provides administrative support across performance management, National Development (ND), and Talent Acquisition (TA) sections when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Fluent in English
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Admin or Coordinator role
Power BI, Microsoft Excel
2 - 4 years

ISR Requirements:Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
