The role is accountable for collaborating with various teams whilst ensuring seamless delivery of client requirements.Financial
Coordinate daily deployments of staff in a timely manner in accordance with client requirements
Process and manage monthly time and attendance reports, ensuring data accuracy for payroll and invoicing purposes
Customer
Daily communication and coordination with client representatives to ensure service is provided in line with client expectations and agreements
Employee engagement, providing staff with roster and shift information, answering, and resolving employee queries
Regular engagement with internal business units, such as human resources, demand planning and payroll, to ensure the smooth and efficient process of employee management
Process
Manage and process data on daily deployments and transportation
Manage employee annual leave with both employees and clients to ensure client requirements are met along with employee entitlements
Innovation
Participate in company projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiencies and workflow processes
Contribute to CSR-led initiatives across the business
SkillsSelection Criteria
3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex problems
Strong social aptitude, with Conflict resolution skills
Valid UAE Drivers license
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all organizational levels
Demonstrated success in driving innovation and implementing digital transformation projects
Energetic, goal-oriented, and confident in engaging with C-level executives
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and time-management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM software like salesforce knowledge is an advantage
