Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **HSE Coordinator** to join our team! In this role you will get to perform as Client HSE Representative to ensure site wide / client local projects in line with client requirements, QCS latest version, relevant International Standards and Qatar Law..

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Execute HSE programs that promote Safety culture and development of the city

+ Conduct a Verification inspection of the FM Contractors based on the Managing Agent's inspection reports

+ Schedule a client HSE walkthrough together with the Managing Agent and the FM Contractors Management Team

+ Partake in the accident/ incident investigation for any FM and operations related cases

+ Analyze incident/ accident reports from Managing Agent to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions

+ Conduct Inspection and compliance audits of Developer Contractors against HSE standards and local regulations as part of due diligence efforts.

+ Oversee HSE Events Management

+ Conduct scheduled& unscheduled HSE inspections in labor camps to identify hazards, ensure compliance to all relevant HSE regulatory requirements, and recommend corrective actions.

+ Implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, first aid, and coordination with emergency services.

+ Attend trainings for the improvement of HSE performance

+ Maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, inspections, and any other relevant data

+ Prepare reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance for review by management

+ Liaise with the Authorities for any HSE related issues

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor's degreein OccupationalHealth andSafetyoran engineering discipline

+ 5+yearsofrelevantexperience

+ Experience with city management organizations would be an advantage

+ ExperienceinHSEoperations

+ Able to advise and support engineering and construction safety related matters

+ Working knowledge of city management/ real estate operations

+ Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred

+ Workingknowledge of HSEmanagementplatformandMicrosoftOffice applications suite
