MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo provide essential administrative support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, assisting in managing employee data, and ensuring smooth HR operations and ensuring a high level of confidentiality at all times.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing documents.
Supports with disciplinary process, by scheduling investigations and hearings, note taking as required, drafting letters and recording of disciplinary sanctions on Oracle.
Coordinates the employee exit process, by creating call to exit notifications and records leaver data on tracker.
Supports the team with various projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing materials for presentations and meetings.
Assists with monitoring of the askHR mailbox, ensuring responses to enquiries within agreed Service Level Agreement.
Assists in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees, helping to ensure employee understanding and compliance.
Shares email communication updates on internal promotions/transfers.
Ensures timely electronic filing of all employee-related documents generated by HR Business Support.
Ensures compliance with HR regulations and company policies, keeping up-to-date with employment laws and HR best practices.
Prepares and drafts presentations for the HRBP team, ensuring content is clear, informative and up to flydubai standards.
Records and prepares accurate meeting minutes for HRBP sessions, capturing key discussions, action points, and decisions to support follow-up and accountability.
