Job Overview: Here's your chance to step into the role of Coordinator - Food and Beverage Operations at Roxy Cinema part of Dubai Holding Entertainment . In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include: Job Purpose: To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the F&B management team, coordinating key functions such as inventory control, ordering, scheduling, and communication to ensure seamless operations and optimal resource utilization, to contribute to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Key Accountabilities: To represent & promote Roxy Cinemas positively to maintain a professional brand image. Support the F&B management team in daily operations. Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, adhering to quality, hygiene, and customer service standards. Coordinate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff. To deal with correspondences, minutes of meetings, memorandums and make necessary follow-ups. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist in implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying quantities and quality. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stocktakes. Minimize waste and spoilage through proper stock rotation and storage. Analyse inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock levels. Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns. Monitor sales data and contribute to revenue generation strategies. Support management of various revenue streams (e.g., catering, events, online orders). Handle administrative tasks such as paperwork, filing, and data entry. Prepare reports on operations, inventory, sales, or other relevant metrics. Maintain records of expenses and invoices. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Report any safety hazards or incidents. Ensure that all cinemas are 100% compliant with Dubai Municipality Health & Safety standards. Provide support and guidance to the wider Dubai Holding Entertainment business. To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require. Qualifications: Higher Secondary Certification Experience: Overall 3 - 5 Years of experience in F&B / Administration and preferably in the cinema/entertainment industry. Skills: Relevant product knowledge of food and beverage/cinema/movie and culture. Administration and Coordination skills are a must. Inventory management knowledge is a plus.
