Implements HR processes in the most efficient and effective manner.
Responds to customer queries through the various channels (including the ESC mailbox, phone calls or visits.)
Reviews and submits residence visa applications for employees and their dependents (including medicals, Emirates IDs and flydubai IDs.)
Monitors changes to government fees and processes and provides feedback.
Handles various employee letter requests (to RTA letters, bank letters etc.)
