Responsible for smooth and safe running of the Labour Camp and Workshop. The role will be measure based on smooth and safe running of the Labour Camp & Workshop: \xc2\xb7 Camp & Workshop Administrative Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the labour camp, including staff attendance, vehicles in and out, maintenance, cleanliness and security of the property. Controlling time sheet of workers and coordinating with the Engineer for the dispatch of workers to their designated project site. Supervising camp staff and coordinating their activities to ensure efficient camp management. Implementing and enforcing order and discipline. \xc2\xb7 Accommodation Facilities: Ensuring that accommodation facilities meet health, safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and improvements to camp infrastructure and facilities as needed. \xc2\xb7 Health & Safety: Implementing health and safety protocols and procedures to prevent hazard Conducting regular inspection of facilities and equipment to identify and address safety concerns. Responsible for the Health and Safety of all personnel at the labour camp and working in workshop BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: \xc2\xb7 Using computer, sending reports via Outlook \xc2\xb7 Must be good in communication in English (Read, Write) \xc2\xb7 Conflict Resolution \xc2\xb7 Time Management \xc2\xb7 Effective Supervisory skills EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/ EXPERINCE REQUIRED: \xc2\xb7 Basic Microsoft Office knowledge \xc2\xb7 Experience in UAE \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of local Compliance requirements, and laws Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
