Transguard Group is the UAEs most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator - Construction Services to join our Manpower Solutions team in Dubai.Note: This is a 4-month contract (maternity cover) role, expected to start from June 2024.Scope: The Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day operations of all site-based Construction employees in close collaboration with the Operations Managers and Account Managers.Financial
Identify cost saving and process improving opportunities within the operation
Generate the invoice for client review and liaise with finance for payment
Manage processes and issue timely reports that directly contribute towards the success of the business unit
Customer
Responsible for summarizing and submitting requests to raise ad-hoc invoices to customers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders both site and HQ for daily deployment and site-based staff queries
Ensure clear line of communication with all HQ and site-based operations staff
Process
Follow SOP guidelines in generating reports and raising timely requests
Raise orders through the Purchase request process for all department needs
Raise department HR operational requests in Oracle as guided by the Line Manager
Collate daily productivity report data and submit to Line Manager on time
Keep a check on Power BI to review the Idel pool and roster report review
Innovation
Coordinate with support service business units to enhance the delivery of the operation
Identify and work towards improving existing processes to streamline processes across the business unit
SkillsSelection Criteria
Prior experience in an administrative role for at least 2 years
Experience with all Microsoft tools is essential - Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Advanced knowledge of Excel is required
Experience with CRM systems is required, preferably with Oracle, PerfectForms and/or Salesforce
Experience using Power BI is desired but not essential
Experience with generating and submitting complex reports
