Job Description

Managing building and equipment operations schedules.

Responding to urgent operations calls.

Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.

Excellent knowledge with Statutory and Authorities requirements.

Liaising with contractors, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of senior managers.

Support projects and sites with ongoing activities and planning to ensure successful delivery of all projects.

Reporting to the operations management on a weekly, and monthly basis.

Apply financial management skills to achieve efficient budget planning and budget control.

Monitoring operations budget spending.

Documenting processes and keeping operations records.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in related fields.

Bachelor's degree in engineering filed OR nay relevant filed.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
