The Coordinating Secretary will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team and coordinating administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a thriving digital environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for efficient operation and ease of access.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and projects, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a digital or technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
