Your Role
As an assembly coordinator, you will lead and control all production activities within the assembly unit in accordance with production schedules, customer requirements, and objectives established by the head of department in order to achieve the required production volume and efficiency that meets pre-determined quality, delivery and service requirements. The activities of the assembly coordinator are as follows: Develop short, medium and long-term production programs. Organize the use of resources according to the needs required; Prepare the structure for future start-ups and new projects; Ensure production needs (organization, material, training, equipment); Participate in the definition of training needs and the determination of promotions for staff under his or her responsibility. Ensure the execution of the daily and weekly production program; Ensure the achievement of the department's objectives; Assist shift supervisors in their work; Plan daily meetings with them to monitor production; Participate in the development of production strategies; Participate in the development of files, reports and means of monitoring indicators; Prepare status reports on production, quality and indices; Monitor product development (feasibility group) and capacity needs according to customer needs (capacity meeting) within multidisciplinary groups; Ensure the reliability of the timekeeping data relating to his dependents; Ensure the reliability of the declarations of all projects for which it is responsible.
Your Background You got a Bac+3 diploma with 6 years of experience in the automotive industry or similar experience OR a Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, with three years' experience in the automotive industry or similar position. You have a Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills, You are results oriented, You have the Ability to work under stress and manage various projects. You Speak French and English languages Fluently.
