Cook/Chef (Immediate Hiring) Mexican Cuisine Expert (Filipino) Responsibilities: Expert preparation of classic Mexican dishes (tacos, enchiladas, guacamole, etc.). Ability to create and execute complex Mexican sauces and marinades. Experience with grilling, roasting, and other Mexican cooking methods. Knowledge of Mexican spices and herbs. Food preparation and kitchen management. Must be available to work in night / graveyard shift. Requirements: Extensive experience in Mexican cuisine. Filipino nationality, below 35 yo Strong knife skills and culinary techniques. Ability to work efficiently and under pressure. Excellent hygiene and food safety practices.
