Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of sandwiches, crepes, and tacos according to established recipes and standards.

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality and safety standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

- Innovate and improve menu items as required.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a cook, particularly in making sandwiches, crepes, and tacos.

- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a high-pressure environment.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
