Knowledge of Traditional Arabic Cuisine is a significant plus! Position: Professional Cook Location: Sharjah, UAE Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute a diverse range of Traditional Arabic Gulf dishes with precision and creativity.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new menu items.
- Manage and organize kitchen operations to meet health and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
- Proven experience as a Professional Cook in a reputable restaurant or culinary establishment.
- Deep knowledge of Traditional Arabic Gulf Cuisine and culinary techniques.
- Creativity and innovation in crafting unique and appealing dishes.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing menu requirements and kitchen dynamics.
- Availability for a 1-2 week trial period to showcase your culinary skills and teamwork.
