Job Title: COOK - GRILL SECTION (IRANIAN NATIONALITY - MALE PREFERRED)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Cook Mix Grill Dishes: Expertly prepare, cook, and present a variety of Mix Grill dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and high-quality presentation.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with the head chef to develop and refine menu items, focusing on traditional and innovative Mix Grill dishes that captivate our guests.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage ingredients and supplies specific to Mix Grill, ensuring freshness and availability.
• Grill Station Management: Oversee and manage the grill station, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service during peak hours.
• Training and Supervision: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring they understand Mix Grill preparation techniques and maintain quality standards.
• Innovation and Creativity: Introduce innovative ideas and creative techniques to the kitchen, enhancing the dining experience with unique Mix Grill offerings.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a grill chef, with a strong focus on Mix Grill techniques. Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Mix Grill techniques, spices, and traditional cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Skills: Exceptional grilling skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion: A genuine passion for grill food especially Mix Grill, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
