We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing kababs, chicken dishes sandwiches , and pizzas. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Food Preparation:

Cook kabab, chicken, and pizza orders to perfection following standardized recipes. Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented with high-quality standards.

Kitchen Operations:

Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Assist with inventory management and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Quality & Safety:

Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Monitor food quality and adjust seasonings and cooking times as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably with experience in Middle Eastern or Italian cuisine. Knowledge of various cooking techniques specific to kabab, chicken, and pizza preparation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Team player with excellent communication skills.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
