Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Cook skilled in multiple culinary traditions who can repare diverse, high-quality meals spanning various international cuisines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and cook meals across different cuisines (e.g., Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean).
2. Follow recipes, menus and dietary guidelines.
3. Manage ingredients, inventory and kitchen supplies.
4. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and food safety standards.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
1. Culinary Experience: 3+ year of cooking experience.
2. Culinary Knowledge: Familiarity with diverse international cuisines.
3. Teamwork: Collaborative mindset.
Desired Qualities
1. Creativity in recipe development.
2. Knowledge of special diets (e.g., vegan, gluten-free).
3. Excellent communication skills.
